Hi there guys,
i have always thought of renovating my house and then letting my guest house. however, the recent downturn in the global economy doesn't seem to be working in my favour. would it be a good idea to continue with my renovation plans or just wait until the economy gets its stuff together.

oh absolutely no! in my opinion. :) because i think this is a fabulous time to be able to get all you're gear up together. once you have you're house all renovated and ready you will be able to give the market what it needs when the economy recovers in a little over a year. You can perhaps take it a little slow but try and complete your renovation without wasting any time. The economy is at its perfect state for investors and property owners like us. i really hope this information was helpful for you.
thanks
prash

hi;
remember the adage he who regards the wind never sows ... in line with that please don't let the economic conditions dissuade you from investing in your house.A good house will always sell itself no matter the market conditions.This may be the best chance to renovate cheaply and get more profits when the markets recover.

Conducting any form of business exposes you to many risks. The dilemma in which you find yourself comes from the fact that you are not willing to face these risks. It is good that you accept this bitter truth since it is only through such an acceptance that you are going to consider yourself in Australian property markets.
