how expensive is it to hire and retain outside counsel to help in interpreting real estate laws?:eek:

Most services of real estate agents comes already with legal counsel as a package. But if you are interested in getting a second, third or even a fourth opinion be prepared to spend. This is because a good lawyer with between one to four years experience will cost you at least $60 per hour besides other miscellaneous charges.
