As a general rule all legal transactions just require a sales agreement contracts between the buyer and seller. But those that involve highly regulated valuable objects like a house require the presence of legal counsel for a valid transaction to occur. They are also vital to getting proper home ownership documents.

The legal side of real estate ownership can sometimes get tricky if you do not have the right information. a title deed is the only document that certifies you as the owner of any piece of real estate property. To authenticate the whole process of changing ownership of a home, you should spare some money and hire a lawyer.

Yes,
You need a lawyer if not to oversee the whole process but the actual exchange of ownership where the seller is supposed to give you the title deed must be made in the presence of a lawyer. But if you can afford a lawyer to oversee the whole process, why don't you just cut down the risks and hire one?

yes and i would highly recommend you speak to a lawyer and show them the documentation before purchasing a property...they know what to look for.
