View Full Version : Do I need Mortgage broker?
Do I really need to use a mortgage broker if I intend to buy myself a new home in Australia or this will just add me unnecessary costs in the process?
Mortgage brokers are very important people. They will help you know the property purchase quote by searching the market for the best quotes. This will enable you compare interest rates fees and other lending needs. It is even more expensive do it your own way this is the best option.:)
If you are competent when it come to the matters of real estate then you can accomplish the task with minimal help. But incase you need financing then the services of a broker may be required. This is because most lenders prefer to have witnesses when the purchase agreement gets signed.

The services of a mortgage broker will make the process of buying a house easier. This is as far as proper practice is concerned. Don't make the mistake of going for a mortgage broker who does not have accreditation with the real estate authorities. It is better to make deals with people who are professionals and getting quality work done rather than deal with unscrupulous agents whose services are not going to be satisfactory.

Hi
There are several quetsions you would need to ask yourself before you decide to take up a mortgage.
1. How much of money do u think u can put in as initial payment toward your property?
2. How much would you be able to get back as returns from the property you are investing?
3. If you take a mortgage or loan with the current market interest, will you be able to get enough of money out of your property to pay toward your mortgage and will you have some profit as well?
these quetsions should help you decide wether you really need a mortgage or no :)
hope i was of some assistance.
