Have you talked to your local real estate agent? I am sure they have valuable property industry contacts that will get you started when evaluating locations that suit your family needs. Another good option to consider are local print press review for different locations or interactive online site listings and ratings.
You need to visit different areas in Australia to see how infrastructure has influenced the patterns of residential units. If an area has a very good infrastructure, you are going to have to part with much more capital. It will be the infrastructural facilities such as transport and communication that are going to determine location.

The best thing about Australia is that
it has a large selection of towns you can choose from. What you need to know about the best and worst locations in getting property is that you have to conduct a survey of the locations available.Magazines and the internet a very credible source of information on real estate property and locations in Australia.
